Headcanons
I am one of the people who headcanon Passive Nightmare (pre-corruption) as still existing, as a kind of ghost or as being in a system-type scenario with Corrupted (post-corruption) Nightmare. This is mainly because the idea of Passive being fully dead and gone makes me incredibly sad, LOL.My selfship is primarily with Passive, but I love him in all of his forms!! So I consider Corrupted, Swapdream, Dreamswap, etc etc also my husbands :) They're all (arguably) the same person in the end, and that person is my husband.
I LOVE the idea of Murder Trio (Killer, Horror, Dust) working for Nightmare and being his friends, though I fully believe he would never admit that. I like him acting somewhat parental towards them, and being a bit of a mom friend.
I headcanon him as having PTSD from bullying and the apple incident.
